Position Purpose & Summary
Responsible for supporting Strategic Pricing Team in Middle East & Africa (MEA) on their day to day operational tasks
Principal Accountabilities
Supporting MEA pricing team in;
Preparing cost sheets received from formulation team to be ready for pricing calculation
Preparing price offer letters
Tracking & reporting back daily to pricing team members the price requests finalization status
· Checking and uploading prices in SAP system
Tracking with sales team status of price offers (win/loss) updating pricing calculation sheets with the feedback
Ensuring pricing data in the internal systems is up to date for new codes created
Other duties as assigned by pricing team members
Minimum Required Qualifications
University student currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of university study, preferably in economics, management, industrial engineering or equivalent
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically in Excel
· High interpersonal skills
· Good at prioritizing and time management
Able to commit either full-time or part-time: part-time working hours will be at least two to three full weekdays in a week
This role requires minimum 6 months commitment
