Döhler Turkey is looking for an “Jr. R&D Developer – Fruits&Vegetables’‘ to be employed in our Karaman Plant with following qualifications;

Your Role

• Carrying out fruit and vegetable new product development studies,
• Planning quality improvement and efficiency increase studies in existing products,
• Keeping in touch with the Industrial Production and Business Units through regular meetings and creating the necessary business plans for the actions to be taken regarding the current problems,
• Taking actions in digital processes related to workflows and following up the work,
• Having experience in development from idea to product and conceptual design,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Experience of understanding the needs of the market & customer.

Your Profile

• Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry,
• Having experience in development from idea to product and conceptual design,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Experience of understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having knowledge of MS Office Programs and SAP,
• Having experience of usage analytics equipments especially HPLC.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Having a desire to do both experimental and numerical R&D work in a continuously learning and developing manner.
